C. Geroulas Passes Away While Preparing To Attend the Big Funeral _____________________________________ The solemnity of the occasion was added to, where that possible, at Carey yesterday, by the news of the sudden death of a respected citizen, William C. Geroulas, who passed away as he was harnessing his team to take his wife and her brother to the funeral. He went out for his team and when he did not return his brother-in-law went out to look for him. He found one of the horses harnessed, the other horse in the yard and Geroulas lying in the door of the granery his feet outside and the rest of his body inside, cold to death. Dr. Wright held an inquest upon the body yesterday afternoon and found that death was due to heart failure. Decedent was 37 years of age, had lived at Carey for 10 or 12 years and is survived by his wife and his brother. He was a native of Greece and was buried this afternoon.
