H. Knight's,in this city.He had suffered from a lesion of the heart and had been under treatment for that ailment for years.Being caught in the avalanche at the North Star he was brot to the Carter roominghouse which was over crowded with patients so Mrs.Knight kindly offered him a room at her dwellinghouse. Pneumonia having set in became apparent that he could not live.He gradually sank and at the last suffered from hemorrages,passing great quantities of blood.His collar bone was broken in two places,also a rib high up. W.O.Williams,his "pard" was with him,having been found last evening. Deceased spoke of having only one relative--A brother named Harry Duncan,who lives in Evansville,Ind.The two had quarreled and it was this that led the dead man to change his name to Moore.It is said,however,that he had ben adopted when a lad and thereby received the name of Moore. After telling Mr.Williams about his brother he added:"You can write him a letter after I am dead."
