QUADRUPLE FUNERAL TODAY

Four Members of the Richards Family Buried at Carey
    ___________________________________________

THE FATHER AND HIRED MAN SINKING FAST
              _________

 Dr. Dill of Shoshone,who has been in attendance upon the Richards family since 
Monday,said this afternoon that there is no hope for either Mr.Richards,the 
father of the ill fated family or for Mr.Presnell,the hired man,both are 
sinking and are liable to die at any time.
A QUADRUPLE FUNERAL TODAY
 There was a quadruple funeral today at Carey.The four caskets contained the 
mortal remains of Mrs.Richards,the mother,of her son Claude,and of her 
daughters,Blanche and Hazel.
 The obsequies took place in the beautiful new edifice of the Church of Jesus 
Christ of Latter Day Saints that was finished only about a year and a half 
ago,and were conducted by the Hon.W.L.Adamson,Bishop of the Carey Ward.
 Despite the inclement weather and the snow-blocked roads so numerouse were the 
mourners that the sacred edifice could not contain one-half of them.
 The services were so impressive that there was not a dry eye in the crowd.

 Just as The Times News was going to press at 5:30 this evening a message 
reached here announcing the death of Mr.S.P.Richardson
