The poison was taken about a week before her death. She was a daughter of C.Fielder,of Portland, who is understood to be well off. The woman was seperated from her husband, that being the cause of her suicide. The husband would not take any interest in the case and the Chief of Police wired her father asking if he would furnish money for funeral expenses. The father refused. The Boise Chief then wired the Chief in Portland, asking him to explain the case to the father and ask him to bury the girl to prevent her going to a pauper's grave. Today Chief Johnson received a dispatch from the Portland Chief saying the father would do nothing. The husband has since taken hold and will for internment tomorrow.
