MURDERED IN HIS BED
Boise Man Slain By Paramour Of His Wife
Boise,Idaho,Oct.6-Charles Daly,a solicitor for a gas company, was murdered 
last night while in bed by being shot three times and struck on the head with 
a hatcht. Nothing was known of the tragedy until this morning when Fred Bond, 
a roomer at the Day house, informed an officer that Mrs. Daly had shot her 
husband. An examination was made and the body of Daly was found in a pool of 
blood, which had spattered over the bed and walls of the room.
Bond and mrs. Daly were arrested, the latter swearing before a Coroner's jury 
tat she had shot her husband in self defense. Later she swore that Bond did 
the killing,which had been arranged between them. Bond declares he is innocent.
