Guilty Of Deputy Sheriff's Murder
Boise,Idaho,Nov 3-(Special)-At Blackfoot last evening,in the case of James 
Connors,who killed Deputy Sheriff E.P.Sweet September 25,at that place,the 
jury after being out about three hours,brought in a verdict of guilty of 
murder in the first degree.Connors showed no sign of weakening when the 
verdict was read.his defense was alohohol insanity.
