Spegal Jr., 49 Charles B. Spegal Jr., 49, of Priest River, Idaho passed away from heart complications at his home on Oct. 31, 2005. Charles was born Sept. 24, 1956 at Colville, Wash. the son of Charles Sr. and Rose Marie (Chopot) Spegal. He grew up in Kettle Falls and graduated from Kettle Falls High School. He then joined the United States Navy serving from 1976 to 1980 and was honorably discharged. On May 28, 1983 he married Lisa Ann Thamm in Spokane, Wash. The two have made the Northwest their home ever since. Most recently in Priest River for the past 11 years. Charles worked as a lumber grader for the past 18 years. He worked for Plum Creek, Crown Pacific, and most recently with Riley Creek Lumber. He loved singing, music, carpentry, and athletics. If the television were on, you would find him watching John Wayne movies or the History Channel. Survivors include his wife Lisa at the family home; five children Chuck (and Marka) Spegal III of Everett, Wash., Chime (and Eric) Trovillo of Yelm, Wash., Chadrick (and Lindaett) Spegal of Priest River, Idaho, Micah (and Panda) Ramsdell of Ft. Wainwright, Alaska, and Shawn (and Angie) Ramsdell of Priest River; 14 grandchildren. Survivors also include mother, father, three brothers and four sisters. A Memorial Service was held on Nov. 5, 2005 at Sherman-Knapp Funeral in Priest River, Idaho. Sherman-Knapp Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
