A 1940 graduate of Bonners Ferry High /School, she served with the Army WACS in World War II. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, William; by sons William (Ann) Brougham of Germany, John Brougham of Spokane, Wash. And by daughters Ruth (Jerry) Smeal fo Denver, Colo. and Beth (Jack) West of Spokane, Wash. She is also survived by brother Ole (Carol) Lethrud and by sisters Mary Green of Spokane, Wash. And Clara (Joe) Nelson of Portland, Ore.; 10 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and three sisters. Agnes had lived in Spokane, Wash. For 50 years. A memorial service was held May31, 2004. Memorial contributions can be made to the Visiting Nurses Association, 4901 E.
