Mr. Bucher, was born in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Charles Roman Catholic Church. He was a resident of 58 years. He was a senior master sergeant in the Air National Guard, and served in World War II and the Korean War. Mr. Bucher worked in civil service at Fairchild Air Force Base for 25 years, retiring in 1983. He also worked at Kaiser Aluminum. He was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church, the Eagles Lodge and was a board member of Spokane Federal Credit Union for 29 years. His hobies included golf, pinochle, traveling, fishing, airplanes and bowling. Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Roma; a daughter, Wendy Trofimuk, of Alberta; a stepson, James Norman of Spokane; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Charles Catholic Church.
