Bonners Ferry Herald, Thursday, April 12, 2007

   J. Marie Gross, 63 passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2007 at the Kootenai
Medical Center in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Services will be held Thursday, April
12, 2007 at 1:00pm in the First Baptist Church in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. 
   Marie was born on April 25, 1943 in Dos Palos, California to Jesse and Hazel
Scott. 
   She moved to Bonners Ferry in 1944 with her parents. She graduated from
Bonners Ferry High School in 1962. 
   On November 11, 1966 she married Roy Gross in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. They
remained in Bonners Ferry and raised their 5 children. 
She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed
watching the Mariners with her mother. Also one of her enjoyments was planting
and watching her flowers and attending her children’s sporting events. 
   Marie is survived by her loving husband Roy; and her three beautiful
daughters Valerie and her fiancé Milton from Tacoma, Washington; Teresa from
Lewiston, Idaho; Tracy of Bonners Ferry, Idaho her two sons Corey from Pullman,
Washington; and Casey of Bonners Ferry, Idaho; her four grandchildren Shawn,
Derrick, Elijah and Brandon; also by her mother Hazel from Bonners Ferry; and
her three sisters Janna Sohl of Spokane, Washington, Glenda (Scotty) Weholt of
Hayden Lake, Idaho and Tina Bright of Bonners Ferry, Idaho with many nieces,
nephews and cousins. 
   Marie was preceded in death by her daughter Vicki and her father Jesse Scott. 
   She will be missed and loved greatly.
