She went to be with her Lord on April 19, 2007 after a long and courageous battle with M.S. Sheri moved to Moyie Springs, Idaho along with her older sister Toni in 1953. In 1968 she was Jr. Miss of Boundary County. In 1969, she married her best friend, Phil Schnuerle. During the many years as she fought the M.S., they traveled to many places including Germany, looking for anything to help in her fight. Sheri was M.S. "Mother of the Year" in 1983. She was always willing and eager to try new things and always looking at life as a big adventure. Sheri remained active in the community and with her family for as long as the disease allowed. Sheri is survived by her parents, Mark and Frances Hilton of Moyie Springs, her loving husband of 38 years, her son Toby (Janice) Schnuerle, her daughter Libbi (Matt) Maggi and her beloved grandchildren; Jauger and Jaeda Schnuerle, Grace Villelli, Dalton and Amanda Maggi all of Bonners Ferry.
