She passed away in Naples Idaho on March 6, 2003. Her husband, Gary Williams, who passed away, precedes Chris. They had moved from Utah to Naples, Idaho as their place to retire together. Those left to cherish fond memories are a daughter, Laurie Burke, of Wyoming and a son Marc, of Utah, and grandchildren, Jared and Sara Burke. She will be greatly missed by sister sue Thompson of Ogden, Utah; nieces Patti and Shelly, nephew Christopher, along with her brother, Val Adkins of Utah, and brother Dee of Arizona. Chris loved her little home in Naples, Idaho, whom she shared with her Skipperky dog, Toby. They had been each other’s companions for the last few years. She had the greenest of thumbs and cared for all living things. (Hence, her affinity for frogs!)) Her unique way of viewing life drew you to her selfness, giving nature making you her best friend. She would sacrifice anything for anyone. She touched us deeply with her simple, meaningful gestures, making her the most special being we’ve ever known. She will not be forgotten and will be deeply missed.
