S. S. Foote chairman and R. H. Davis secretary. A very well attended and interesting meeting was held and may short speeches were made. Good enthusiasm was manifest. A committee composed of J. M. Thompson, Esq., Judge Maxey and R. H. Davis was appointed to formulate a plan of organization and resolutions. The meeting adjourned until September 10, to meet in Masonic Hall. At the election of representatives to the grand lodge of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, to be held at Pocatello in October, A. E. Gipson, J. P. Johnson and Loren Tompkin were elected to represent Caldwell No. 10.
