Allen Funeral Friday
   The funeral services for Mrs. Julia Allen who died in Portland last 
Saturday will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o’clock (new time) at the 
Presbyterian church. Dr. J.W. Boone and Rev. D.H. Hare will officiate. She is 
survived by her husband, F.K. Allen and six children, Charles Allen of 
Roswell, Mrs. Bullock of Yakima, Wash., C.H. Allen of Portland, B.H. Allen of 
Scappoose, Ore., Mrs. W.W. Watterman of Caldwell, and G.K. Allen of Oakland, 
Cal. One son, Judson K. Allen, died here several years ago, being at the time 
a student at the College of Idaho. Interment will be in Canyon Hill Cemetery, 
beside her son.
