Verna Lammey Stitzel COON, 101, of Goose Creek, S.C. former resident of Caldwell
and Boise, Idaho, passed away at home on Sunday November 17, 2002, and was laid
to rest on Tuesday, Nov. 19 in Carolina Memorial Park in Charleston, SC.
Verna was born Aug 24, 1901, in Carlton, Neb., to Charles and Mary Lammey.  She
was raised in Caldwel, Idaho.
She married William B Stitzel on Jan 24, 1925 in Boise.  He died in 1955
She married Harry Coon in 1962,  he died 1984
A daughter, Verna Jean Fuller died in 2001
She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth C Ash; eight grandchildren, 19
great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren

Additional Comments:
A son, Wiilliam M stitzel died in infancy.
