Services for Ross G. Hurtt

Services for Ross Grove Hurtt, 68, Parma, who died Tuesday, April 25 at home, 
were conducted at Kirkpatrick Memorial Presbyterian Church, Parma, by the Rev. 
Edson Pederson. Interment was in Parma Cemetery, under the direction of Dakan 
Funeral Chapel, Parma.
He was born July 25, 1909, at Boise and moved with his family to Los Angeles. 
He married Roberta Ferguson June 22, 1935, at Los Angeles. They moved to Parma 
and farmed.
He was a member of the Kirkpatrick Memorial Presbyterian Church. Parma Lodge 
No. 49. AF&AM. El Korah Shrine Temple and Scottish Rite Bodies. He was a 
director on the Riverside Irrigation District board and member of the K. D. 
Laterial.
Surviving are his wife of Parma: three sons, William C. and Dennis S., both of 
Boise, and John R, of Puyallup. Was; two sisters, Mary E. Hurtt of Boise and 
Jessie H. Kelsey of Rockway, Ore., and seven grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Shrine Children’s Hospital, Salt Lake City.
