ohn Charles Rosdahl, 94, of Caldwell died Saturday, June 23, 2001 at home of 
Natural causes. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 26, 2001, 
ath the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Caldwell Stake Cemter, 
3015 S. Kimball Ave., with Bishop Steve Berg conducting. Burial will follow at 
11 a.m. Wednesday, June 27, 2001, at Central cemetery, Soda Springs, Idaho. 
Services are under the direction of the Dakan Funeral chapel, Caldwell. A 
veiwing will be held prior to the services in the Relief Society Room starting 
at 1 p.m..
John was born May 18, 1907, in Lago, Idaho, to John F. and Amanda C. Peterson 
Rosdahl. He was raised in Central Valley in Eastern Idaho.
The family moved to Nampa area, where he lived with his wife, Nova and their 
four children.
After Nova passed away in 1987 he met and married Opal Conner. They lived in 
Caldwell for 13 years.
John is survived by his wife, Opal, of Caldwell; three daughters, Linda Kipp 
and Lucille Kipping of Nampa, and Bernice Pulli of Caldwell and a brother Floyd 
Rosdahl of Caldwell.
John and Opal' stwo families joined as one and consisted of nine children; 30 
grandchildren; 63 great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren.
In addition to his first wife Nova, John was preceded in death by his parents, 
two brothers, a sister and a son, Darwin.
The family wishes to give a loving thanks to Shirley Larea and the hospice 
team, and Lenora Mattox for the sincere care.
