County Commissioner's Minutes:
The petition pf Wm. Rivers and others for a new School District was read and 
boundary described as follows to wit: Begining at a point south of the mouth 
of Cottonwood or Iverson Creek on the south line of Idaho, thence north to 
Snake River, thence west along said river, to a point direct north of the 
point of the mountain west of mountain medow, thence south to the said south 
line of Idaho, Thence, east to place of begining. There being no remonstrance, 
the petition was granted, said District shall be known and designated as 
district no.20.

Additional Comments:
This petition as given by Wm. Rivers just a few weeks before he was killed.
