The Arizona was sunk December 7 at Pearl Harbor. Previously Mr. White had been reported as missing. Entire personnel of the ships band are listed as lost. Mrs. White, formerly Miss Myriene Richins, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Richins, Burley.
