Author: Chris Storey Frank Love was born about 1882 in Cleveland Ohio. About 1918 he moved to the Sea Foam area in Custer County. His exsistance was lonely as was in those days and very common. Neighbors were far apart and consisted of others like himself. He trapped and ran a pack train in the vicinity. In Aug 1942 His body was found near his cabin on the trail leading to his horse corrals. It is assumed he died of a heart attack as the halters were still slung on his arm and no sign of foul play was found. As in those days his body was put to rest where he was found.
