Joseph Young #844749 Cpl.Company "E" 20th Infantry Honorably Discharged from 
Military Service by reason of 4 Ind.S.C.D.I.L.H.C.D.Chgo.Aug 21 1919.
Said Joseph born in Escalante,in the State of Indiana.Enlisted when he was 20 
1/2 years od age and by occupation a clerk.He has brown eyes,Black hair,fair 
complexion,and was 5 feet 4 inches in height.
Given under my hand at Fort Benj.Harr.,Indiana this 5th day of Sept one 
thousand nine hundred and nineteen.
