Emmett News
 
Emmett, Aug. 12 -- Dr. William O. Spencer has arrived and is ready for 
business.
 
Emmett has a good supply of doctors now but there seems to be very little 
sickness.
 
W. F. Cobban and party passed through for Payette lakes Saturday.
 
Mrs. Tim Stewart went to the state capital Saturday.
 
W. R. Cartwright and McNesh & Allen have both received large consignments of 
clothing.
 
W. G. Whitney of Payette is registered at Hotel Lyman.
 
Dr. Loder and family arrived Sunday evening.
