DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR

Land Office at Boise, Idaho
April 4, 1903

Notice is hereby given that the following-named settler has filed notice of 
his intention to make final proof in support of his claim and that said proof 
will be made before the Register and Receiver at Boise, Idaho, on May 19, 
1903. viz: Homestead application No. 5362, Maurice F. Leedy, for the ne1/4 
sw1/4 and Lot 2, Sec. 32, Twp. 7 N, R. 1 W, B.M.

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and 
cultivation of said land, viz:
Charles Oakes, Leslie E. Cullen, George Fuller, George Shapley, of Emmett, 
Idaho.
