Services Held Here For Alexander Butts, 87
     Services for Alexander Butts,87 who died Saturday, were conducted 
Wednesday at Flahiff Chapel, Rev Donald Hoffman officated. Interment was at 
Riverside Cemetary.
     Mr Butts was born in Thesslon, Canada, Jan 1, 1863 and had resided in 
Emmett for the past 26 years. He was a retired carpenter.
    Surving are five children, Leo Butts McCall, Mary B.Sheridian, Emmett, 
Catherine Gagnon, Sandpoint, and Georgianna Mingus, Orville Calif, and 
Alexander Jr of Longview Wash; 11 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
