The boy and his brother were out hunting rabbits and by some means the gun was discharged accidently inflicting a flesh wound in the boy's arm and severing an artery. The boys applied a ligature and the little fellow walked two miles to his home but the loss of blood was so great before medical aid was secured that he succumbed. He was buried at Pearl on Sunday.
