The deceased with his family came here a few months ago and had been working by the day in the Hagerman Valley. The family had been away Saturday morning and upon reaching home found the body of Mr. Timm under a tree in the back yard. He had used a 410 guage shotgun to inflict the wound in his head which caused instant death. No reason for the act could be found by his family or neighbors, who stated that Mr. Timm was apparently in no financial difficulties and was in good health.
