She had been a patient there and at Grangeville General Hospital 17 years. She was born August 19, 1889, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Cash. She had lived her entire life in Grangeville. She was married to James O. Harris, a rancher, at Grangeville. He died in 1940. She worked at the former Kandy Kitchen for three years following his death and before going to the hospital and nursing home. She was a communicant of First Baptist Church. Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Geneva Klaus, Lewiston; three sons, Wesley O. of Grangeville; J.K. of Olympia, Wash., and John R. of Stites; three brothers, J. Manford Cash and Walter of Grangeville, and Guy of Nezperce; 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. The Rev. Arthur Egbert, First Baptist pastor, and Guy Cash, Jr., LDS elder of Pocatello conducted the funeral. Mrs. Weston Henry played and sang hymns. Pallbearers were Bert Sherwin, Guy Sherwin, Phil Shira, Bryan Shira, Weston Henry, and Ed Briscoe. Interment in Prairie View Cemetery.
