Eda L. Bryant, 83

Eda L. Bryant, 83, a Harpster resident and homemaker, died of natural causes 
related to age at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center at Lewiston, on Monday, 
Aug. 15, 2005.

She was born Oct. 13, 1921, at McComas Meadows on the Ruff Ranch near Harpster 
to Ludwig and Lottie Konrad. She attended school at Harpster and graduated 
from Kooskia High School.

She married Ted A. Bryant on June 1, 1939, at Grangeville. A big shivaree was 
held at the Konrad farm house that evening. After their marriage, they moved 
to Spokane, Wash., until he returned from service duty. They then returned to 
Harpster where they built the family home.
