SCHOBER Mary T. Schober, 82, a Cottonwood resident most of her life died Thursday, March 18, at 6 a.m. at Park Hill Manor Nursing Home where she had resided five years. She had been in declining health the last year. Miss Schober was a cashier at the Orpheum Theater in Cottonwood for a number of years. She was a communicant of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. She was born July 7, 1893 at Moscow to Joseph and Mary Schober. She was educated at Cottonwood and lived here until entering the nursing home. She never married. Survivors include a brother, Frank J. Schober, Cottonwood, and two sisters, Louise Jacks at Cottonwood and Clara Potts of Lewiston. Rosary was recited Friday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church and requiem mass at 2 p.m. Saturday at the church with Father George King as celebrant. Pallbearers were James Jacks, William Nuxoll, Jerry Wren, Herman Streibeck, Frank Albers and Mike Hilbert. Burial was in the Cottonwood Catholic Cemetery under the direction of the Uhlorn Funeral Home. Note; Park Hill Manor Nursing Home was located in Grangeville, ID.
