Coroner J.R. Wiley and Sheriff Davis said that indications are that Huey, who had gone out to shoot pheasants, may have stumbled into a ditch and discharged the gun. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Elsie Huey, who is leaving today from Indio, Calif., and the following sons and daughters; Hugh Huey, Eden; Mrs. Louise Nulph, Eden; Mrs. Marie Reidel, Indio; Mrs. Pauline Williams, Indio; Jackie Huey, Indio; Robert Huey, Grand Coulee, Wash. He also leaves four sisters and brothers. The body rests at the Wiley funeral parlor, Jerome, pending the arrival of relatives. ______________________________ Saturday October 31, 1936 Twin Falls Daily Times Jerome- Henry Clay Huey, victim of an accidental gunshot wound, will be paid final tribute at funeral services to be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Christian Church with Rev. Brown Martin of Hazelton officiating, Interment will be in Jerome cemetery in charge of the Wiley funeral home.
