Utah Service For Jerome Pioneer

  Jerome, July 18,1940 – Mrs. Amy Steiner, 65, pioneer; Jerome resident who died
in Salt Lake City hospital early Saturday morning, was laid to rest in Pleasant
Green Cemetery in Salt Lake Monday.
  Attending the funeral from Jerome were members of her family, Mr. and Mrs. Ed
Thompson, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Steiner, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Larsen, and Mr. and
Mrs. L.W. Thompson.
  Mrs. Steiner was taken suddenly ill while visiting here with relatives and was
rushed to Salt Lake City.
  Mrs. Steiner’s husband died in 1917 during the influenza epidemic. Surviving
relatives are the following children: Lyn Steiner, Jess Steiner, Martha gray,
Edna and Dorothy Anderson, Several grandchildren also survive as does one
brother John Hancock, Magna Utah, and two sisters, Mrs. Mattie Coon, Magna and
Mrs. Martin Larsen, Jerome
