Herbert S. Storey
  Herbert S. Storey,81, of Jerome died Wednesday, Aug 28, 996, of natural 
causes in the Portneuf Valley Rehabilitation Center in Pocatello.
  Herb was born Aug 12, 1915, at Swinton, Mo. He married Helen McIntosh of 
Richfield on July 2, 1940, at the Baptist Parsonage in Jerome.
  He is survived by his wife, Helen of Jerome; Three sons and their wives, 
J.T. Storey and Vicky of Santa Ynez, Calif., Jerald S. Storey and Chris of 
Twin Falls, and Carl D. Storey and Brenda of Jerome; 20 grandchildren; 16 
great grandchildren; his sister Inez; and brother, Forrest. Herb was preceeded 
death by his mother and father of Swinton, Mo., two brothers and one sister.
  Herb was a gentle, caring man and a hard worker. He dearly loved his sons 
and their families. Herb will always be remembered for his affection for those 
he was close to, for his willingness to help whenever necessary, for his humor 
and the tales he could tell.
  He will be greatly missed by his family and relatives.
  A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug 31, 1996, at the 
Richfield Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Demarrays.
