  I,Earl J.Kaurin,Baptist Minister residing at Jerome in the County of Jerome 
in the State of Idaho do certify that,in accordance with the authority on me 
conferred by the above license,I did on this 2 day of July in the year 
A.D.1940,at Jerome in the County of Jerome in the State of Idaho,solemnize the 
rites of matrimony between Herbert Storey of Richfield in,the county of Lincoln 
of the State of Idaho and Helen McIntosh of Richfield in the County of 
Lincoln,of the State of Idaho in the presence of Harold W.Rooker and Mrs.Elva 
Gorsline Kaurin.
