Carol Wenick, 77

Carol J. Wenick, 77, Post Falls, died July 28, 2005, in Coeur d'Alene.

She was born Feb. 5, 1928, in Langford, S.D., to Tillei J. and Arthur S. Boe. 
Carol graduated high school in Claimont, S.D., and worked for International 
Harvester.

In 1952, she married Rex Vickers, with whom Carol was married for 12 years and 
had four daughters: Georgia Lee, Cynthia Lynn, Joyce Ann and Kari Jo. Rex 
preceded her in death in 1964.

In 1982, Carol married Hal Wenick and, together, they lived in Boise, 
Florence, Ariz., and Coeur d'Alene.

Carol loved her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed reading and 
playing golf.

She is survived by her four daughters; a stepdaughter; two stepsons; 
grandchildren Michael, Michael, Dustin, Travis, Christy, Brian, Jennifer, 
Candice, Jill and Jeffrey; and great-grandchildren Rex, Bailey, Tory and 
Hailey.

Second husband Hal also preceded her in death in 2003.

Visitation will be 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Aug. 1 at English Funeral Chapel, Post 
Falls, and graveside service will follow 2 p.m. at Forest Cemetery, Coeur 
d'Alene.
