Mr. Dittemore's death occurred while he was en route to his home, 819 Coeur d'Alene avenue, from the hospital where he had been confined for several days. While he had been in poor health for several years, he had been able to take care of his duties until Friday when he was stricken. Born in Washington territory, near what is now Dayton. Mr. Dittemore moved here with his family in 1890 and had lived here continuously since that time. He had served as city councilman for two terms and in recent years had been employed by the state highway department and the city. His wife, the former Maude Zimmer(sic)* also a pioneer resident, died in November 1941. Mr. Dittemore is survived by two brothers and two sisters. Charles L. Dittemore of Coeur d'Alene, Jesse E. Dittemore of Seattle, Mrs. W. E. Stoddard of Snoqualmie Falls, Wash., and Mrs. H. K.Bey of Rockport, Wash. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock from the English Funeral Home with the Rev. R. J.
