He was there for his family, he loved and cared for us, he was never selfish. We came first, he was the glue that held us together. He worked hard for us, and his whole life revolved around his family. Daddy loved life and savored every moment of it. We will always have a special memory of him because he had every wonderful character in him a daughter would ever want in a father, we were so proud to have him in our lives. He was the best at everything he ever did, he was quite the man. He was our Daddy and we loved him so much." Memorial service will be 1 p.m. Oct. 22 at the Athol American Legion Post 149 in Athol.
