THE RECORDER HERALD, MARCH 20,1946

Mrs. Effie L. Kerin, wife of Martin, passed away Thursday, March 14, after 2
years of illness. She was 37, and had lived in Lemhi Co. for 30 years.
  She was born June 22, 1908, in Hainglin, Tenn., moved to Salmon at age 7 and
married Martin in April 1928.
  Rev. Don Smith, pastor of the Federated Churches of Salmon, performed the
service at Ray McGoldrick’s chapel. Mr. & Mrs. R. B. Cavaness sang. Pall
bearers; Ed Scott, Virgil Harris, L.N. Gwartney, Lloyd Pyeatt, Fred Conies, Neph
Ward.
