SHOSHONE, Ida.-Burton's livery barn at Richfield was destroyed by fire Wednesday night. Five horses in the building perished, one of them a French coach stallion, was valued at $3,000. Burton's loss was $2,000, with no insurance. The fire was incendiary origin. Three seperate fires in Richfield started the same night. The burning barn destroyed also an ice house, damaged other buildings. A man employed by the railroad at repairing the pump station, was found cutting all telephone and electric light wires when he was arrested, giving the name of Paul Heineich. suspition pointed to him as having set the fire and he was held for preliminary trial, arraigned before justice court Thursday afternoon and sent to Shoshone for safe keeping. Trial will be held Saturday.
