G. Neher, Lincoln County coroner. Dr. Neher said the mere presence of the pillow case did not necessarily indicate foul play. He said she had been having trouble sleeping and was up earlier Sunday morning, unable to sleep. Dr. Neher stated that Mrs. Oyer had purchased medications and that these could possibly have made her unable to take off the pillow case when she felt the need for air. The Autopsy will determine the amount of medication in her system, the doctor said. She was found by her husband, Ray E. Oyer, about 10:20 a.m. Additional Comments: It was determined later that it was a accident.
