She was married to John S. McIntosh at VanZante, Mo. on Sept 28, 1910. Shortly after their marriage they came to Richfield and have resided their since. She was a charter member of the Richfield Chapter No. 72 OES and was its second worthy matron and has served as worthy matron six times in all. She has held offices all but two years since the organization of the star at Richfield. She was a member of the Rebekah lodge and was serving as secretary at the time of her death. She was a member of the Earl Morrison Legion Auxillary and was serving as Chaplin at her death. She was a gold star mother. Mrs. McIntosh was an active member of the Richfield Women's club for over 40 years. She served as president of the club and was chairman of the club's doll project fund this year. She belonged to the Burmah club for over 20 years and had served as president and vice-president. Mrs. McIntosh passed away early Saturday morning at her home in Richfield on Dec 7, 1968 of a heart attack. Survivors include: her husband, one son: Hubert McIntosh of Pocatello. Four daughters: Mrs. Herbert (Helen) Storey of Hill City, Idaho, Mrs. Edward (Wilma) Boger of Gooding, Idaho, Mrs. Don (Virginia) Reynolds and Mrs Myrl (Lois) Oglesbee both of Boise: One brother, John Ketron of Youngston, Arizona, 19 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Clifton McIntosh who died in WW11 and Carl McIntosh who died in 1963. Funeral services were held at the Richfield American Legion hall on Tuesday, December 10, 1968 with the Rev Hardy Thompson, officiating. Eastern Star services conducted by Richfield Chapter No. 72 OES at the hall and concluding rites were held in the Richfield Cemetery. Memorial book attendant was Mrs. William Kerner. Flowers were arranged by ladies of the Richfield Flower Committee. Music for the service was "The Old Rugged Cross and Higher Ground" by the Richfield Methodist Choir and accompanied by Mrs. C.M. Pridmore. Honorary pallbearers were: Eugene Alexander, Clarence Lemmon. Leslie Bushby, H.A. Ross, Ed Schisler and Bert Jensen. Pallbearers were: Max Behr, Clifford Conner, Melvin Pope, John Lemmon, Forrest Armstrong and T.V. Strunk. Services were under direction of the Bergin Funeral Chapel.
