McIntosh, 83, died Tuesday afternoon at the Wood River Convalescent Center, Shoshone, where he had been a patient for the past year. He was born July 7 1886, at Denlow, Mo. Mr. McIntosh came to Richfield in 1907 and was the oldest resident of the area. He Married Ruby Ellen Ketron at Vanzant, Mo., on Sept 28 1910. She died in December 1968. Two sons, John Clifton McIntosh and Carl C. McIntosh, preceeded him in death. Mr. McIntosh was a member of the Richfield Masonic lodge and the Richfield 100F lodge. He farmed in Richfield and north of town most of his life, retiring eight years ago because of ill health. Surviving are one son, Hubert McIntosh, Pocatello; four daughters, Mrs Herbert (Helen) Storey, Hill City; Mrs. Edward (Wilma) Boger, Gooding; Mrs. Myrl (Lois) Ogglesby and Mrs. Donald (Virginia) Reynolds, both Boise; 19 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be directed by the Masonic Lodge at 1:30p.m. Saturday at the Richfield Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be T.V.Strunk, Leslie Bushby, Edward Schifler, Max Behr, H.A. Ross Sr. and Millard Pridmore. Active pallbearers will be Masonic lodge members John Lemmon, Manuel King, Melvin Pope, Clifford Conner, Forrest Armstrong and Eugene Cox. Friends may call at Bergin Mortuary, Shoshone, Friday and until noon Saturday. The family suggests memorials to the Wood River Convalescent Home, Shoshone.
