At the South Madison court of honor life awards went to Gary Steiner, Melvin Racks and James T. Hunsaker. The gold palm went to John M. Anderson and the star awards to Howard Jensen, Glen Ericksen and Reed Welker. Second class advancement went to the following: Lyle M. Cheney, Theron Cheney, Robert W. Ellis, Devon H. Erickson, Gaylan Erickson, Tho. I Weekes, Gary Cook, Val Bay Brower, Wayne Jolley, Larry Kliinger, Phillip Taylor, Lowell Barrick.
