MRS. TERTELING DEAD
     Mrs. Catherine Terteling died last evening at 8:20 o'clock at the home of
her daughter, Mrs. C. S. Whitford, death resulting from pneumonia.  Mrs.
Terteling was 83 years of age and had enjoyed her usual good health until a few
days before her death.  Her husband, Bernard Terteling, passed away about 9
years ago.  She is survived by two sons and five daughters, they being: P. B.
And J. A. Terteling, of Lewiston; Mrs. Anna B. Hurla, of Kansas City, Kansas
(sic Anna was living in Soldier, KS at this time); Mrs. Kate McDonald, Galena,
Kansas; Mrs. Rose Baker, Seattle; Mrs. Whitford and Mrs. Agnes Sheppler,
Lewiston.  The funeral arrangements have not been made.
