CLIFFORD MARION THACKER
  BRUNEAU- Clifford Marion Thacker, 63, of Bruneau, died Monday at his home of 
natural causes.
  He was born March 6, 1816, at Tarkio, Mo. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy on 
Jan. 22. 1942, and was discharged Oct 15, 1945. He farmed in the Twin Falls, 
Gooding and Hammett areas and for the past two years had farmed at Bruneau. He 
was a member of the Catholic Church.
  Surviving are a son, Noel Thacker of Nampa, three daughters, Gale Bartlome of 
Gooding; Toni Simerly of Wendell; and Vicki Storey of Jerome; three brothers, 
Vernon of Bruneau; Leslie of Caldwell; and Freddie of Hammett; a sister, Helen 
Novak of Wendell; and 10 grandchildren. He was preceeded in death by two 
brothers.
  Mass will be celebrated at 7:30 a.m. today at Our Lady Of Good Councel 
Catholic Church in Mountain Home by the rev. James Hallissey. Burial will be at 
11 a.m. in Sunset Memorial Park, in Twin Falls by the Rev. Perry Dodds. Friends 
may call at Humpherys Funeral Home, Mountain Home, Today from 8-8:45 a.m.
