IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE SEVENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, 
IN AND FOR CANYON COUNTY.

Judgment

This cause came on regularly for trial the third day of October, 1905, before 
the Court and Jury, Richards & Haga, Esqs. appearing as attorneys for the 
plaintiff and Coxe & Bryan, Esqs. appearing as attorneys for the defendant. A 
jury of twelve persons was regularly impaneled and sworn to try said action. 
Witnesses on the part of the plaintiff and defendant were sworn and examined, 
and after hearing evidence, the arguments of counsel and instructions of the 
Court, the jury retired to consider of their verdict and subsequently returned 
into Court, and being called, answered to their names and say that they find 
for the plaintiff and assess his damages at Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars. 

Wherefore, by virtue of the law and by reason of the premises aforesaid it is 
ordered and adjudged that # the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars with 
interest thereon at the rate of seven per cent annum from date until paid, 
together with plaintiff’s costs and disbursements incurred in this action, 
amounting to the sum of $35.25

Done in open Court this 4th day of October, 1905
