IDAHO STATE BOARD OF DENTAL EXAMINERS.

No. 60

TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME, GREETING:

WHEREAS, In pursuance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of Idaho, 
Approved February 16, 1899, regulating the practice of Dentistry in the State 
of Idaho, Alva A. Branthoover of Payette County of Canyon, State of Idaho, has 
filed the necessary proofs of his qualifications to practice Dentistry;

NOW, Therefore, this is to certify that said Alva A. Branthoover is entitled to 
practice Dental Surgery in the State of Idaho upon causing this certificate to 
be registered by the County Clerk of the County in which he intends to 
practice.  

IN WITNESS WHEREOF we have hereunto set our hands and the official seal of said 
Board at Boise City, Idaho, this Second day of May 1899.
