John P. Tharp To J. T. Clement

I John P. Tharp of Ada County, Idaho Territory, for and in consideration of the 
sum of Four Hundred and Fifty Dollars to me paid by J. T. Clement, County and 
Territory aforesaid, do hereby grant, bargain and sell to the said J. T. 
Clement his heirs and assigns forever.

The right of way through my farm situate in Section 9 Township 8 North of Range 
5 West, Ada County Idaho, Territory, for the purpose of Constructing a Ditch to 
convey (1000) one thousand inches of water, said ditch to be taken from that 
certain Ditch now constructed and running in a westerly direction through John 
P. Tharps farm and to commence on the North side of and about two hundred feet 
from and above the second gate of the above named Ditch and running in a 
Northerly direction through said land to the farm of J. T. Clement.

In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixth day of 
January 1886.
