J T Clement To Jacob Windle

Know all men by these presents, That I J T Clement of Ada County Idaho 
Territory, the party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of 
Four Hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States of America, to me in 
hand paid by Jacob Windle of said County and Territory, the receipt whereof is 
hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained sold and conveyed and by these 
presents do grant bargain, sell and convey unto the said party of the second 
part, his heirs and assigns, forever, the undivided one fourth interest in and 
to that certain Ditch described as follows, commencing on the North side of and 
about two hundred feet from and above the second gate of the Ditch used by A 
Rossi &Co. to run logs to their sawmill, thence running in a westerly direction 
through Section Nine (9) Township Eight (8) North of Range Five (5) West, in 
Ada County Idaho Territory
	In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this first day 
of July A D 1886
