Notice is hereby given to all whom it may concern, that we, the undersigned 
citizens of the United States, over the age of 21 years have this 8th day of 
May 1890, located and claimed and do hereby claim and appropriate, under and in 
accordance with the laws of the United States and the Territory of Idaho, 2000 
inches of the water of Payette River, measured under a four inch pressure, to 
be taken out on the North Side of said River, at a point about a mile Northerly 
from Falk’s store and near the South east corner of W B Biggerstaff’s field, in 
Ada County, Idaho.

Said water is claimed and appropriated by us for sanitary domestic and 
agricultural purposes, to be used on lands adjacent to the line of a ditch.  
Said water is to be diverted from said River by means of a ditch already 
constructed about 4 feet wide on bottom and five feet deep.
