Pomeroy and Handley)                          Assignment of Judgment.
Vs.)
B. T. Bivens)

Judgment rendered on the 27, day of July, 1899, against defendant herein for 
the sum of $285.80 on a promissory note for $250.00 dated Dec. 9, 1897 and 
signed by said B. T. Bivens, abstract of said Judgment being filed in office of 
Co Recorder Canyon County Idaho, on the 14 day of March1900.  In consideration 
of the sum of $150.00 I do hereby sell, assign and transfer to D. S. Lamme of 
Payette Ida. The Judgment above mentioned, together with accrued and to accrue, 
for his use and benefit and hereby authorize him to inforce and collect payment 
thereof, but at his own costs and expenses as far as I am concerned.
